Despite representing herself as owner, co-owner and landlord to potential tenants, tenants, police, and, at least, one Los Angeles court of law, verbally and in written form, Michele Botz Anderson was not the owner 133 N. Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, Ca. 90004. 

Maureen Bush is the owner. Before her, her husband, Roderick Bush, was the owner.

No evidence provided this far proves Botz Anderson has or has had any ownership claim in 133 N. Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, Ca. 90004.

This is a matter of public record. 

However, Botz Anderson lived much of the time, illegally, in the back of the house in the garage (she referred to it as "my nest"), which was a horrid mess, and where she was known to use a bucket for a toilet.

After she was ordered to vacate the garage, Botz Anderson slept under a piano in the front room (often with a bottle of wine nearby), in direct violation of the law.

However, Botz Anderson did collect thousands in rent. Payment was in the form of cash.
