OWNERSHIP - FRAUD

Despite representing herself as owner, co-owner and landlord to potential tenants, tenants, police, and, at least, one Los Angeles court of law, verbally and in written form, Michele Botz Anderson was not the owner 133 N. Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, Ca. 90004.

Maureen Bush is the owner. Before her, her husband, Roderick Bush, was the owner.

No evidence provided this far proves Botz Anderson has or has had any ownership claim in 133 N. Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, Ca. 90004.

This is a matter of public record.

However, Botz Anderson lived much of the time, illegally, in the back of the house in the garage (she referred to it as "my nest"), which was a horrid mess, and where she was known to use a bucket for a toilet.

After she was ordered to vacate the garage, Botz Anderson slept under a piano in the front room (often with a bottle of wine nearby), in direct violation of the law.

However, Botz Anderson did collect thousands in rent. Payment was in the form of cash.

This Substandard Order by the City of Los Angeles went into effect on December 21, 2009.

Thanks to the "competence" of Los Angeles City Inspector Joe Paradiso it remained in effect until October, 2010.

This is a matter of public record.

What may not be a matter of any record is that rent over the years was paid in cash.

SMASHING WINDOWS

Michele Botz Anderson Breaks Tenant's Window
Early morning, January 17, 2010, Michele Botz Anderson, intoxicated, breaks a tenant's window. The glass fell inside on the bed where tenant and guest were sleeping. Fortunately there was a poster to shield some of the glass. Botz Anderson calls tenant, "A prick" and says, "You have no idea who you're messing with. Murder will out."

Botz Anderson, still in front of window, calls her son. She tells him. "A just broke the prick's window. He said, 'I'm drunk.' He's right. I've been drinking,...I failed you kids...I can't take it anymore."

The cops come. Botz Anderson lies to cops, telling them "She owns the home." That is false. Maureen Bush owns the "Sub-Standard" home. The police fail to arrest Botz Anderson, instead letting her go back to sleep on the floor in the front room, in strict violation of rental agreement.

When Bush is notified by tenant, she hangs up in mid-sentence. Other tenant reports crime.  Bush does nothing.

Tenant's window remains broken for one week, during which it rained frequently.

Botz Anderson's son arrives at residence around 6 a.m.
